MCW's Official Training School
At the School of Hard Knocks we teach the art of pro wrestling. Our experienced trainers provide a safe, professional and fun environment for all levels of experience.
The MCW school is a completely differennt experience to most British wrestling schools. We do not run for profit, we run for the future of the company, our patient and professional trainers will do anything to help.
The training school is located at Unit 20, Urban Rd, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire NG17 8AP.
Our training includes:
- Wrestling holds, moves and throws
- Ring psychology
- Ring maintenance
- Personal fitness and conditioning
- Character development
- Referee, ring crew and ring announcing skills
Everything you will need for a successful wrestling career.

Prices and Conditions
- The school trains on Sundays 3pm-6pm - £10
- An additional training session is held on a Monday Evening 5pm-8pm - £5
- All must be 15 years old or over.
